I’ll put it on my calendar that we are working out Monday and Thursday next week! Thanks for always being my workout partner.

Hey Alison, U. Glenn here. I get up at 4 am to go coach my football players in-season and off-season 2-3 days per week. You’re spot on about preparing the night before! I put out my clothes, prepare my oatmeal so I just have to add hot water to it, and have my lunch made and in the fridge ready to pack in my lunch box. If not for that, it would be a chore in the morning, especially being quiet not to wake others! The biggest thing I’ve noticed about the alarm situation is, don’t even allow yourself any self-talk. Get up right away! Also, I guess I’ve done it so long that I usually wake up before the alarm goes off. Glad you’re still working with Jake. Tell him hi for me.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your routine! I really like the idea of no self-talk. I find that I am continuing to get better at that as time goes on, but some days I still struggle with it. Thanks for joining me on my blog!
