I feel as though I am pretty knowledgeable about nutrition. Is this program right for me?

YES! We welcome all nutrition fanatics! Alison is incredibly passionate about sharing evidence-based nutrition information and sharing it in a way that is easy to understand for all — those who are just starting out to those who have a great foundation. We often work with other registered dietitians and other health professionals to learn and share nutrition knowledge, including programs such as ours.

If you feel you need more individual attention, you might consider the group or mentorship program. The group program includes group coaching sessions where you will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to you. However, the mentorship program provides the most individual attention. It includes one 60-Minute Discovery Session and five, 30-Minute 1:1 Sessions With Alison. If you feel you need a lot of individual attention, the mentorship program might be best.

Is this program right for me if I am currently undergoing cancer treatment?

Is this program right for me if I am currently undergoing cancer treatment?

Active treatment individuals are more than welcome to join the program and can absolutely benefit! However, lessons and education will be focused on survivorship strategies, rather than active treatment needs related to side effect management (i.e. diarrhea, mouth sores, fatigue, etc.). If you would also like strategies for active treatment, the mentorship program would be your best choice.

Does insurance cover all or any portion of this program?

Does insurance cover all or any portion of this program?

This is a very common and understandable question. However, Wholesome LLC does not accept insurance. Why? When a third party is involved, we are unable to deliver a high standard of care for our clients. We believe health insurance is important to medical care, however, insurance companies often do not support prevention and wellness approaches.

We encourage using HSA and FSA because those are set up for preventative and wellness services. We always welcome open and honest conversations about finances to accommodate any budget.

If you believe your insurance company will provide reimbursement for services, consider submitting your claim via Reimbursify. Per request, Wholesome LLC will provide a receipt for you with proper coding should you like to submit it to your insurance. Please note, this is only applicable to the mentorship program.
