We do not accept insurance for our programs. However, we do encourage the use of HSA/FSA funds, if applicable.
Certainly not! The Wholesome Journey programming supports individuals seeking 100% vegan or vegetarian, or those seeking a plant-forward approach. It's up to you!
Active treatment individuals are more than welcome to join the program and can absolutely benefit! However, lessons and education will be more focused on survivorship strategies, rather than active treatment needs related to side effect management (i.e. diarrhea, mouth sores, etc.). If you would also like strategies for active treatment, the mentorship program would your best choice.
If you feel you need more individual attention, the mentorship program would be right for you.
After enrolling in any level of support, you'll gain immediate lifetime access to the program content and any future updates made. Should the program discontinue at any point, you'd be given a minimum of 30-day notice via email to download any content you'd like to keep.
Our private group community (available to all group and mentorship students) is hosted through a platform called Kajabi - it is not through Facebook or another social media platform. In fact, the entire program is hosted on Kajabi. After enrolling, you'll receive a username and password to your private account. Within this platform, you'll gain access to the course curriculum and group community. No Facebook account required!
No, these programs do not. If joining the program during the promotional period, you'll gain access to our Routine Blood Test Guide. If enrolled in our mentorship program, Alison can make suggestions of what labs to discussion with your physician for future lab draws.
This is incredibly common. So common, in fact, that we have an entire unit within the program dedicated to helping to work through these obstacles.
Our program is for plant-based beginners and those already immersed in plant-based nutrition seeking to refine their approach and ensure nutrition adequacy.
Yes! The Wholesome Journey reflects many of the recommendations towards the research on cancer, but the program is for anyone interested in adopting a plant-based nutrition approach to reduce the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases. Many individuals with high risk of cancer (such as a genetic mutation) are common students within our programming.
Although we encourage live attendance as much as possible, we understand it just isn't always possible. Every group coaching call is recorded and uploaded to the private community and course platform. If you have questions you would like answered during the group call, we recommend submitting your question prior to the group calls so it can be answered for you. You can then get your answer in the recorded call.
No problem! Send us an email and we'll be sure to get it answered for you.
