My favorite title is “Mama”, but I’m also proud to be a board certified oncology dietitian and cancer thriver! 

I’m one of the biggest nutrition nerds you’ll ever meet 🤓 and am incredibly passionate about teaching others the power of nutrition and lifestyle as a complementary approach to reduce the risk of cancer and its recurrence. 

I’ve taught hundreds of cancer thrivers my approach to optimizing plant-forward nutrition and used my very own teachings to help me thrive through surgery, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. I couldn’t be more honored to have you here to help you do the same!
