(Active Treatment Only)
Treatment is behind you.
Now comes the part no one prepared you for.
(Active treatment only.)
You did it.
You showed up to every appointment. You made it through treatment. You rang the bell, or maybe you quietly walked out of the hospital and drove yourself home — either way, you got through it.
And then... the calendar cleared.
The appointments slowed down. Your oncology team told you what to watch for. Someone handed you a survivorship care plan you weren't sure how to read. And you went home to figure out the rest.
That's when the questions started.
You're not lost. You're not behind.
You're exactly where most survivors find themselves — standing at the start of something new, without a map.
What should I be eating now?
Am I doing enough to reduce the risk of it coming back?
How do I actually change my lifestyle — not just for a month, but for good?
Why does everyone keep telling me to "get back to normal" when nothing about this feels normal?
And we will get there. But what you actually leave with is bigger than that.
This is a six-month partnership built entirely around you — your diagnosis, your labs, your history, your relationship with food, your lifestyle, your fears, and the vision you have for your health going forward.
We go deep. Not just into nutrition science, but into the habits, patterns, and beliefs that shape how you eat, how you move, how you rest, and how you think about your body after cancer.
By the time we finish six months together, you won't just know what to eat. You'll know why. You'll have a plan that's yours. And you'll have the confidence to sustain it — because you're not just recovering from cancer.

You're looking for a rigid meal plan or a quick fix
Applications help ensure the program is the right fit for your support needs, schedule, and investment.
This program is primarily designed for the post-active treatment phase — but it is open to active treatment patients who are seeking a deeper level of transformation than side effect management alone.
If you are in treatment and feeling ready to work on the bigger picture — your nutrition foundation, your lifestyle, your long-term vision — this may be the right fit. We'll assess that together through the application process.
You're not ready to invest in a deep, sustained transformation

My comprehensive self-paced program teaching plant-predominant nutrition from the ground up. You move through it at your own pace alongside our 1:1 work. (Value: $397)
A written document delivered at program close: your key nutrition and lifestyle priorities, lab markers to discuss with your oncology team, and your individualized "what's next" plan. Something tangible you keep and return to long after we finish.
"After an unexpected diagnosis, I was told 'eat healthy and whatever you do, don't gain weight.' It felt like building a house with no tools. Working with Alison gave me those tools.
I learned how to eat to lower my disease risk based on scientific studies — and not only have I not gained weight, but my BP has normalized and I feel better overall. Most importantly, I feel more in control of my own health."

I’m Alison—a cancer survivor, Registered Dietitian, and board certified oncology nutrition specialist.
I know what it feels like to sit in the oncologist's office and hear "you're done with treatment." I know the relief — and the fear that quietly follows it.
I also know what it's like to want to do everything in your power to take care of your body going forward. To want the science, and the plan, and someone who truly understands both sides of this experience.
For more than 10 years, I've been board certified in oncology nutrition. But the reason I do this work isn't only clinical. It's personal.
When I went through my own cancer treatment, I used the same evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies I now teach and personalize for my clients. And what I learned — as a dietitian and as a patient — shaped everything about how I show up in this work.
You deserve guidance that goes beyond a handout. Beyond generic advice. Beyond someone who means well but doesn't truly understand what you've been through.
That's what The Signature VIP 1:1 is.

Not at all.
While The Signature VIP 1:1 is primarily designed for the survivorship phase — and most clients come to us within the first few months of completing active treatment — this program is also a strong fit for those living with stage 4 cancer on maintenance therapy who are ready to optimize their nutrition and lifestyle for the long term.
If you are living with cancer and focused on doing everything you can to feel your best, reduce inflammation, support your body, and build sustainable healthy habits — this program was built for you, too.
If you are currently in active treatment and your primary focus is managing side effects, Nourished through Treatment™ is likely the better fit right now.
We can always revisit The Signature VIP 1:1 when you're ready for that next layer.
Not sure which program is right for where you are? Apply anyway — we'll figure it out together.

No.
This program is rooted in plant-predominant nutrition — meaning we'll lean on the strong evidence supporting plants as a foundation for health and risk reduction.
But this is not a rigid protocol, and it is not about perfection. Your preferences, your family, your real life all shape how we build your plan together.
Treatment asked everything of you.
The Signature VIP 1:1 is six months dedicated to building something new — not going back to who you were before cancer, but moving forward into who you're becoming.
